A grounded, integrative approach to helping you understand your body

Bringing together functional nutrition, somatic support, and trauma-informed care — at a pace that honors your nervous system.

Many of the women I work with come to me after months or years of feeling dismissed, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn. They’re exhausted from trying to figure out why their symptoms keep returning. They’ve been told everything looks “normal,” even though nothing feels normal in their body.

I understand this experience deeply — both professionally and personally.

Before becoming a functional nutrition practitioner, I spent years navigating my own health challenges, trying to make sense of symptoms that didn’t fit neatly into any one category. I know what it’s like to search for answers, to feel stuck in survival mode, and to wonder whether things will ever shift.

This lived experience shapes the way I practice. It’s why our work is never rushed, never one-size-fits-all, and never based on quick fixes. Instead, we create space for a deeper understanding of your physiology, your patterns, and your capacity — with support that feels clear, grounded, and sustainable.

My Story

Professional Background

Training, Experience, and the Lens I Bring to This Work

I’m trained in functional nutrition, nervous system and trauma-informed care, integrative health coaching, and somatic practices. My approach blends evidence-based frameworks with a deeply attuned understanding of how stress, trauma, beliefs, and physiology interact.

What this means for you:

  • We look at your symptoms through the lens of your whole story — your biology, your lived experience, and your capacity.

  • We use functional lab testing to get clarity instead of guessing.

  • We make changes gradually, with attention to what your nervous system can hold.

  • We stay collaborative — this is not something you do alone, and it’s not something I impose from a distance.

Your body isn’t working against you. It’s communicating with you.

Symptoms are not failures — they are signals. When we learn how to interpret those signals with curiosity instead of fear, healing becomes more accessible.

My work centers around:

  • Clarity — understanding root causes

  • Compassion — making room for your lived experience

  • Safety — moving at a pace your system can integrate

  • Partnership — you’re supported consistently and thoughtfully

  • Simplicity — no overwhelming protocols or all-or-nothing rules

This approach helps your body shift out of survival mode and into repair mode — where transformation becomes possible.

My Philosophy

Women choose to work with me because they want:

  • a supportive, spacious approach to long-term healing

  • deeper insight into symptoms that haven’t resolved

  • nervous-system-sensitive care

  • functional testing without overwhelm

  • support that is steady, compassionate, and non-judgmental

  • a practitioner who listens to the body, the story, and the patterns

  • clarity, structure, and a personalized plan

If you’ve tried “DIY wellness” and still feel stuck, you’re not alone — and there is a different way forward.
