This 90-minute assessment gives us the space to understand your health history, current symptoms, goals, and what level of support feels right for your nervous system. I review your intake forms in depth before we meet, so our session can focus on clarity, connection, and identifying the most aligned next steps.
This session ensures we’re a good fit, that the program you choose matches your needs and capacity, and that we’re moving forward at a pace that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
The assessment is a standalone service and is not credited toward program enrollment, so you can make decisions without pressure or urgency.
