Before stepping into a 3- or 6-month program together, we begin with a Foundational Assessment so we can understand your health story, your symptoms, and what your nervous system actually needs — without rushing into a commitment.
This session gives us the space to review your intake in depth, explore the patterns beneath your symptoms, and notice any safety considerations or areas where additional support may be helpful before deeper work begins. It ensures that the program you choose is truly aligned with your needs, and that we’re moving forward with clarity rather than guesswork.
Think of it as setting the foundation for a long-term partnership. Once we have this clarity, you’ll know exactly what to expect, how the process unfolds, and which next steps feel right for you.

You don’t have to decide before the assessment — that’s part of what we’ll explore together.
During your session, we look at your symptoms, health history, nervous system patterns, stress load, and overall goals. From there, we decide together whether the 3-month Core Program or the 6-month Advanced Program is the most supportive path.
The Core Program is a strong foundation for clarity, regulation, and meaningful progress — including functional bloodwork, a comprehensive gut test, and ongoing somatic and check-in support. The Advanced Program is a deeper, 6-month container that adds hormone testing, retest benefits, expanded support, and more time for integration and transformation. You’ll leave the assessment with a clear sense of which one fits, and there’s no pressure to enroll on the spot.

Somatic healing is body-based work that helps your nervous system shift out of survival mode and into a state where repair, regulation, and real change become possible.
So much of what shows up as chronic symptoms — digestive issues, fatigue, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, sleep struggles — is influenced by how your nervous system has learned to hold stress over time. Talking about it or layering on protocols often isn’t enough, because the body is where those patterns actually live.
In our work together, somatic practices look like gentle, attuned techniques that help you reconnect with your body’s signals, release stored tension, and build internal safety. It’s not intense or performative — it’s paced, grounded, and woven alongside your nutrition and lifestyle support so changes can truly integrate.

My work is grounded in both formal training and lived experience. I blend evidence-based frameworks with a deeply attuned understanding of how stress, trauma, beliefs, and physiology interact.
My training includes functional nutrition and lifestyle practitioner education, integrative health coaching, somatic and nervous-system-informed modalities, trauma-informed coaching foundations, and ongoing continuing education in advanced hormone, gut, and blood chemistry interpretation. I also draw from additional study in mind-body practices and stress physiology.
What this means for you: we look at your symptoms through the lens of your whole story — your biology, your lived experience, and your capacity — and we make changes gradually, with attention to what your nervous system can actually hold.
