The Integrative Healing Process

This is where we begin.

In this 60-minute session, we take a focused look at your symptoms, health history, patterns, and nervous system state to identify what’s actually driving your current challenges—not just what’s showing up on the surface.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s going on in your body and the top priority shifts to start creating real momentum—across nutrition, lifestyle, and foundational support.

From there, we map out the level of support needed to get you real results, based on your goals, timeline, and capacity.

1. Foundational Assessment

Instead of guessing, we use data to understand what’s actually driving your symptoms.

Based on your needs, this may include advanced testing such as:

  • Comprehensive bloodwork

  • Gut microbiome analysis (GI-MAP)

  • Hormone testing (DUTCH and others)

These insights allow us to identify key imbalances—so we can focus on what actually moves the needle, rather than trial-and-error. This is how we avoid wasting months on guesswork.

2. Functional Lab Testing

After each lab result, we translate your results into a focused, personalized strategy that may include:

  • targeted nutrition guidance

  • supplement recommendations

  • somatic integration

We make adjustments gradually. No overwhelm. No rigid rules. Everything is chosen with your system’s pacing in mind.
